Attendance and Punctuality
Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons on time. If a student is unable to attend a class, we request parents or guardians to inform us in advance by phone or email. Repeated absences without notice may lead to a review of the student’s place at the academy.
Behaviour Policy
All students are expected to behave respectfully toward tutors, staff, and peers. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We aim to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel safe and supported. In cases of serious misconduct, parents will be contacted immediately and further action may be taken.
Safeguarding and Child Protection
The safety and welfare of our students is our highest priority. All our staff and tutors undergo necessary safeguarding checks and training. We follow strict procedures to protect children from harm and have a designated safeguarding lead to oversee any concerns.
Payments and Refunds
Fees are payable in advance. We offer monthly, termly, and package-based pricing. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions unless the class is cancelled by STEMpro Academy. In certain cases, credit may be transferred to future lessons upon request.

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during enrolment is kept secure and used only for administrative, communication, and educational purposes. We do not share student or parent data with third parties without consent.
